What is Library 101?
LIBR 101 is designed to help students develop the knowledge and skills they’ll need to navigate the 21st Century information landscape. LIBR 101: College Research Skills introduces students to the concepts of research planning and search strategies, in addition to the effective use of print and online research tools. LIBR 101 is a one credit, self-paced workbook course. Some sections of LIBR 101 are offered as open-entry/open-exit courses. Students may enroll in the course up to 8 weeks into the semester.

What is Library 108?
LIBR 201: Research in the Digital Age, a 3-unit online course (UC/CSU transferable) teaches students critical academic research skills for the online environment. Students emply multiple Web technologies and advanced search strategies to navigate, assess, and communicate information from diverse sources and formats.
