Advanced Google Search (Gail said NOT to use Google for your scientific, research-based source. Instead, use library databases.)

1. Use quotation marks around 2-3 words to do a phrase search ("effects of keto", "benefits of melatonin")
2. Add site:gov, site:org, or site:edu to limit your search to specific web domains
3. You can combine these two strategies ("effects of keto" site:gov)

Google Scholar

1. You can use phrase searching to find scientific journal articles in Google Scholar ("effects of keto")
2. If you get to a pay wall (asking for you to pay) simply request the article (FOR FREE) from the MiraCosta Library. Click on ILL Article Request here: https://library.miracosta.edu/request

1) On YouTube I searched for: wonder food health curative

2) It led me to this short video about the health benefits of tomatoes. 

3) Authority: I really have no clue who the authors are or what their credentials are (click on more to see their full bio).

4) I noticed in the short video there are some claims about the lycopene in tomatoes and heart health. So I went to the MiraCosta Library database Health Search (EBSCO cross search) and did two different keyword searches:

• lycopene health 
  • 3,082 results, early mentions of male reproductive health (not what we're looking for)
• lycopene cardiovascular
  • 480 results, more specific to cardiovascular (heart) health
