Mental Health and Wellness

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Care is a simple 4-letter word, but a powerful way to change lives for people affected by mental illness.

Since 1949, Mental Health Awareness Month raises awareness of mental health support, services, and treatment and strives to reduce stigma that prevent people from living better lives.

Join the WhyCare? Campaign to help make a life-changing impact on families, caregivers, and loved ones affected by mental illness.
