Think of variations of words (or use Subject Terms)

Combine words for focused results in your database search: "lactuca sativa" AND mycorrhizae AND growth

When you search with Google Scholar, combine keywords similar to the options above. Note: if you arrive at a paywall for viewing the full text of the article, copy and paste the title of your selected article into the Library's OneSearch box to look for the full text/PDF link. If the full text article is not available through OneSearch, use the Library's InterLibrary Loan service to receive a PDF copy of the article (can take ~1 week). Ask a Librarian for help, 24/7!
