Requests to use OC 12136 should be made in the 25Live room scheduling system..
The Library Instruction Classroom (OC 12136) serves the instructional needs of the Library Department. Provided that use by outside departments does not limit or negatively affect the Library's instruction program OC 12136 may be booked according to the following:
- Priority room use is for library instruction followed by other direct student instruction. Non-instructional requests may be scheduled on a case-by-case basis and will be scheduled to minimize impact on the library's instruction program.
- OC 12136 may be reserved in advance for no more than 2 hours at a time and for a maximum of 2 sessions per section per semester. Additional reservation(s) may be made within 7 days of event and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests to use OC 12136 submitted before a semester begins will not be confirmed/denied until the end of the first week of the semester.
